Lakendria partners with both buyers and sellers when purchasing or selling single family homes, townhomes, condos, multi-family properties, and new construction homes.

She has built a solid foundation of clients in the Raleigh, NC community through her professionalism, attention to detail, and commitment to always put her client’s needs first. She studied business marketing at The University of Alabama (Roll Tide!) and afterward began work in multi-family property management. Passionate about negotiating on her clients behalf, leaning in on the makeup of the home, and strategically focusing on price/profit, Lakendria has continued to leverage her know-how and experience to exceed her client’s expectations.
